New Course @ NYU ITP

2024
I am designing a new course for the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU Tisch called Music Design & Discovery for Fall 2024.
As ITP students are not necessarily musicians, we will approach music as a design problem, grounded more in information theory than music theory. Coursework will explore efficient heuristics for compositional play that sidestep the need for traditional music theory.
